A Measured Dog subscription delivers your dog’s supplement on a schedule that matches how quickly he goes through a jar, at a discount of 20–40% off the one-time price depending on how many jars ship at once. Here is exactly how it works.

What you agree to

By purchasing a subscription you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically, at the price and delivery interval shown at checkout, on each renewal date until you cancel. The interval and price are printed on your order confirmation and on every renewal reminder.

Renewals and reminders

• We email you 3 days before every renewal with the date, the amount and a one-click link to skip, change or cancel.
• The renewal is charged on the renewal date and shipped within one business day. Shipping is always free.

Cancel anytime, online, in one click

• Cancel from the Manage subscription link in any order or reminder email, or from your account page. No phone call, no retention chat, no minimum term.
• Cancellations take effect immediately for any renewal that has not yet been charged. A renewal already charged and shipped is not refundable, except under our Refund Policy for damaged or wrong items.
• You can also skip a delivery, change the delivery interval, change the number of jars, pause for up to 3 months, or update your address and payment card from the same page.

Price changes

Your subscription price is locked at the price you signed up at. If we ever need to change it, we will email you at least 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before the new price applies.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and email you each time. If it still fails, the subscription is paused until you update your payment method — nothing ships and nothing is charged in the meantime.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the automatic-renewal laws of your state, including California’s Automatic Renewal Law. Where those laws require additional notices or an online cancellation method, we provide them.
