60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Measured Dog product is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase in full. Open jar, half-empty jar, empty jar — it doesn’t matter. We would rather you try it properly than worry about wasting the money.

How it works

  • The guarantee covers 60 days from the delivery date of your first order of a given product.
  • Email hello@refoamed.com with your order number and the word “refund” in the subject. No questionnaire, no phone call required. You are welcome to tell us what didn’t work — it helps us — but you don’t have to.
  • We issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 business days to post it.
  • You do not need to return the product. Keep it, finish it, or give it to a friend’s dog.

What is covered

  • The full price you paid for the product, including any subscription discount applied.
  • Shipping is free on every order, so there is nothing to deduct.

Limits

  • One guarantee refund per product per household. If you try JOINTS and GUT, both are covered; a second refund on JOINTS is not.
  • For subscriptions, the guarantee covers your first delivery. Later deliveries can be cancelled at any time before they ship (see our Subscription Policy) but are not refundable once shipped, except as described under “Damaged or wrong items” below.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or is not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost or refund you — your choice. This applies to every delivery, including subscription renewals.

Cancelling an order

Orders are usually handed to the carrier within one business day. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible; if the order has already shipped, simply use the 60-day guarantee once it arrives.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
